Under1minute respects the privacy rights of our users and is committed to protecting the information collected through our online products, online services and websites including but not limited to the Fitfannie daily workouts throughout the Fitfannie app (any or all of which are referred to as “Fitfannie App”). Fitfannie has adopted this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to explain how Fitfannie collects, stores, and uses the information collected in connection with the Fitfannie’s App.
BY INSTALLING, USING, REGISTERING TO OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE FITFANNIE APP, YOU AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND GIVE AN EXPLICIT AND INFORMED CONSENT TO THE STORAGE, USE, AND PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL, USE, REGISTER TO OR OTHERWISE ACCESS THE FITFANNIE APP. Fitfannie reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If Fitfannie makes material or significant changes to this Privacy Policy, the updates will be posted to the website at www.fitfannie.com Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon their being posted on Fitfannie’s website. Your continued use of the Fitfannie app will signify your acceptance of the changes to this Privacy Policy.

Non-personal Data
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “non-personal data” means information that does not directly identify you, which may include your age, weight, and gender. Additionally, non-personal data includes “aggregate” and “de-personalized” information, which is data Fitfannie collects about the use of Fitfannie Apps, from which any personally identifiable data has been removed.

Fitfannie collects non-personal data from you to make your use of the app more efficient and useful. For example, if you provide non-personal data about you, the Fitfannie app may provide certain information about your workout such as calories burned or other tailored calculations about your workout.

Fitfannie also uses tools and third party analytical software to automatically collect and use certain non-personal data that does not directly enable Fitfannie to identify you. The types of non-personal data Fitfannie may collect and use include, but are not limited to: (i) device properties, including, but not limited to a unique device identifier or other device identifiers (“UDID”); (ii) device software platform and firmware; (iii) mobile phone carrier; (iv) geographical data such as zip code, area code, and location; (v) game score and achievements; (vi) other non-personal data as reasonably required by Fitfannie to enhance the app and other Fitfannie products and services.
Fitfannie shares non-personal data, including both data you provide to Fitfannie and data which is automatically collected, with Fitfannie’s partners and contractors for purposes of analyzing usage of the Fitfannie app, advertisement serving, managing and providing the Fitfannie App, and to further develop the Fitfannie apps and other Fitfannie services and products.

You recognize and agree that the analytics companies utilized by Fitfannie may combine the information collected with other information they have independently collected from other services or products relating to your activities. These companies collect and use information under their own privacy policies.

Health Information
Fitfannie may collect or infer health information. Certain health information may be inferred from sources such as heart rate or other measurements, including power, cadence, and weight, or other indicators. Before you can upload health information to Fitfannie, you must give your explicit consent to the processing of that health information by Fitfannie. You can withdraw your consent to Fitfannie processing your health information at any time.
Payment Information
When you make a payment on Fitfannie, you may provide payment information such as your payment card or other payment details. We use Payment Card Industry compliant third-party payment services and we do not store your credit card information.
