How to Begin 

STEP 2 
Join us Monday through Friday from October 19- October 23 for a free meditation at 12 PM PST. 

STEP 3
Join our Fitness app Fitfannie to continue exercising with us 5 minutes a day to start (each week progresses by 2 minutes). Enjoy aerobic, balance, strength, stretching, core, meditation. No equipment, thought , or experience required.
STEP 4 
Stay tuned on Instagram every Tuesday and Thursday for more live interviews and tips with founder Wendy McGee on how to look and feel your best.
