How to Begin 

STEP 1

Join the Fitfannie Fitness Journey Page on Facebook

STEP 2 
Every Day at 9 pm PST the next day's challenge will be posted

on our page. 

STEP 3

We will unlock a new video for you after each session you complete. The Fitfannie app is a pre-planned exercise program that will deliver a brand new 5-minutes challenge each day for 10 days. All videos are low-impact, for all ages and body types.

STEP 4
Please comment that you have completed your day and on a scale of 1-10 how the Session met your needs (ie: too hard, too easy, etc)
STEP 5 
Stay tuned for Founder Wendy McGee who will go live every day at 9 AM PST to Motivational techniques and fitness tips.
